"Arrived quicker than expected"
My order showed up faster than I thought it would, and the packaging looked fine when it got here. I’m still not totally sure about the overall quality yet since I haven’t used it much, but so far it seems okay. Would’ve given 5 stars, but the tracking updates were slow

"Resizing was a bit of a hassle"
I bought a ring from Angus & Coote and had to get it resized. The staff were nice at the beginning, like no issue there, but after that it became kind of annoying. I was told it would take a certain amount of time, then it went longer, and I didn’t really hear much unless I called them myself. It sort of felt like I was the one needing to keep checking what was happening. The ring did come back fine in the end, so that part was okay, but the whole resizing thing was not very smooth. For what it cost, I thought it would be handled a bit better, honestly.

"Pretty Disappointing Service"
I stopped in to ask about getting a ring repaired, the whole vibe felt off. It seemed like I was bothering the staff just by being there. One woman barely looked up and only gave me short answers, which came across like she couldn’t wait for me to leave. I ended up standing around while they chatted with each other, and then I was given different information than what I’d been told previously. There was no apology or much effort to help, so the experience left a bad impression. I won’t be going back.

"Browsing Was More Frustrating Than Expected"
I was looking through a few rings, but the site felt slow and a little clunky. The filters didn’t always stay applied, and whenever I moved between pages, it kept jumping me back to the top, which got annoying fast. Checkout worked fine in the end, but just browsing around felt harder than it needed to be, if that makes sense.

"Helpful staff, surprisingly busy"
I stopped in without really knowing what I wanted, and to their credit, the staff actually took the time to explain the differences clearly. I didn’t feel rushed, which was nice and, kind of unexpected given how packed the place was. Took off one star because the store was busy that day, but I guess that’s what happens when people like shopping there...

"Slow delivery and not much help"
The delivery took way longer than I expected and when I reached out to support I was hoping for some kind of clear update or at least a little reassurance, but it felt like I was just getting vague replies that didn’t really answer my questions, so the whole thing ended up being frustrating.

"Tracking Seriously Saved My Sanity"
The order tracking was actually clear, which I appreciated so much because I was basically checking it like my life depended on it. The updates came through fine, and even though the delivery was a little later than I’d hoped, at least I could see where my package was the whole time instead of spiraling into the unknown

My order showed up packed really nicely and safely, with no scratches or damage at all, which was a pleasant surprise. Even the box looked neat, so apparently it is possible to ship something without making it look like it survived a disaster. Happy with how it arrived, it actually felt like someone took a little care with it for once

"A Bit of a Rollercoaster"
I had to wait what felt like an eternity to get help, and the first person seemed a little lost, which had me thinking the whole thing was about to turn into a disaster. Thankfully, someone else came over and got it sorted quickly. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but it could definitely be better. By the end, I felt kind of rushed, like they were just trying to wrap it up and move on.

I got my ring fixed faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The staff kept me updated along the way, and when it came back it was clean and fit properly again. Happy with the whole repair service overall, no dramas at all. Has anyone else had the same issue with their ring needing a fix?

"The replies just took way too…"
The replies just took way too long. I’d send a message and then end up checking back later, making coffee or walking the dog, and still nothing. The actual support was okay once they finally got back to me, but the waiting around made the whole experience feel more annoying than it needed to be.
